My name is Crystal Richardson and I am a from the small town of Dover, TN and have lived in the even smaller town of Erin, TN for 10+years. Being from and living in a small town has made me appreciate the community and influenced me to make the decision to start this business. Being small town made, has inspired me to become Small Town Maid! I wanted to provide our small towns with the same exceptional experience and professional service that they would get from a big city. At Small Town Maid, we make sure your needs come first and offer a variety of top-quality service plans. Our main goal is to take care of everything from the very beginning, bringing you exceptional results.

Additional fees may apply. These are commonly offered services, however, are customizable to fit your housekeeping needs.
Reoccurring Regular Maintenance
Starting at $120*
This package is for people interested in Weekly, Bi-Weekly or Monthly cleanings. Should be completed within 4 hours with one housekeeper.
One-Time BASIC Clean
Starting at $120 (4 hour limit)
This is a good option for someone who needs a little extra help with one-time general cleaning who may not want/need reoccurring services.
Mini or Prioritized DEEP Clean
Starting at $200 for up to 6 hours.
An option for when you are wanting more attention focused on specific a area more than others, or a specific list of items or rooms that can be completed within 6 hours.
Move-Out Clean
Starting at $200 for up to 6 hours.
If your house is ready to be cleaned after your belongings are out, then this is a great top to bottom-inside and out option is for you!
Organizing and Decluttering Service
Starting at $100 for 3 hours.
Sometimes, things get a little carried away. We are here to help you utilize your space to its fullest potential!
Grout Cleaning
All prices are in addition to pre-selected package: Laundry Room: $60 Master Shower: $80 Bathroom Floors: $60-$100 Dining Room: $60-$80 Kitchen: $60-$100
Does your grout look… rough? Let us clean your kitchen, bathroom, showers or laundry room with our specifically formulated grout cleaner. This is a timely service, and requires a lot of elbow grease. It is preferred to have grout cleanings scheduled separate from other cleanings.
Interior of Oven or Fridge
Add-on Service:
Cleaning the interior of your Oven or Fridge is available for an additional $20 charge for each. Double ovens are $40. Please ensure that your Fridge is limited to the contents as we do not want perishable food to ruin. The freezer side must be empty to be cleaned.
Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
Cash is preferred required for first time clients. Payment is due by completion of the job. Other acceptable payment methods are PayPal or Venmo.
Do You Charge By the Hour?
All services listed are start prices with one housekeeper. Additional time can be added to each package at $20 per hour, per housekeeper.
Do You Offer Video Consultations?
Yes, however they aren’t always necessary.
What If I Have Pets?
No problem! If you have pets, please inform us what kind and how many, so we can better tailor your cleaning experience.
* We do NOT clean up pet urine, feces, blood or vomit!*
You know your pet best! We don’t mind if your pet roams around as long as they are not hindering us from completing the job on time and as long as it’s safe and they are comfortable with us being in their home.
We charge an additional $20 per housekeeper for shedding pets, and $10 per housekeeper for non-shedding pets.
